국문요약	본 연구는 현재 대한민국 정부와 국민 등 사회 전반적으로 인터넷 이용 환경이 모바일 컴퓨팅 기반으 로 변화되어 가고 있다. 또한 정부는 Smart Work, Smart Gov. 등 새로운 IT 환경으로 대국민 서비스 에 노력을 기하고 있다. 하지만 나라기록포털과 같은 국가기록원의 인터넷 서비스로써는 서비스가 곤 란하기 때문에 이 연구의 필요성이 있다. 따라서 본 연구 목표는 모바일 환경에 맞는 국가기록물의 서 비스 최적화 모델을 연구하는 것이다. 본 연구를 통해 기록물의 유형별 모바일 서비스와 메타정보 서 비스를 전략 수립에 도움을 주고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해서 국내외의 모바일 서비스를 사례를 조사한다. 공공기관 모바일 서비스는 다양하고 많 지만 제대로 유지보수를 하지 않고 있음을 알 수 있다. 외국의 사례를 살펴보면 모바일 관련 제한된 서비스만 제공하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 기록물의 모바일 서비스를 위해서 기록물의 유형을 5가지 UX 형태로 나눠서 재분류하고, 각 유형별 기록물을 보는 방법을 따로 구현하도록 한다. 특히, 동영상 의 경우 무선망을 이용한 서비스가 가능하도록 저장 포맷을 전환해야한다. 이 전환 테스트를 통해 HD 급의 해상도와 스마트폰 크기로 전환하여 서비스하는 것이 가장 타당할 것으로 판단된다. 1차 연구 이 후 OpenAPI 의 이용을 위한 이용자들의 암호화 인증 방법을 OAuth로써 구현하고 관리할 수 있도록 테스트 베드에 구현하도록 한다. 마지막으로 장기 기록물 메타정보를 통해서 기록물 유형별 메타 정보 를 볼 수 있도록 한다. 본 연구결과를 테스트베드를 구현한다. 구현 시 모바일 웹 형태로 서비스 하는 것이 타당할 것으로 판 단되고, 차기 Markup 언어인 HTML5를 이용하도록 한다. 문서 형태는 PDF 서비스, 사진과 지도는 JPEG와 같은 포맷을 서비스 할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 동영상 형태는 MPEG-4/AVC 포맷으로 전환하 여 서비스 할 수 있도록 한다. 모바일 웹 UX/UI 는 정부 모바일 표준프레임워크의 표준 UX/UI를 기 준으로 UX 가 구성될 수 있도록 한다. 본 연구를 통해서 모바일 웹 서비스 하고자 하는 업무의 전략 수립, 모바일 최신 기술 습득 등 유사 분야의 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있다. 특히, 모바일 동영상 서비스를 위한 방법과 저장 포맷 전환 등 테 스트 결과를 바탕으로 동영상 서비스 형태와 범위 등에 활용 될 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해서 모바일 웹 형태로 기록물의 서비스 분류와 이에 따른 UX를 확인할 수 있다. 마지막 으로 OpenAPI 와 같은 서비스를 위한 암호화 인증 및 관리체계를 확인할 수 있다
영문요약	This study, the Government of the Republic of Korea and the public, including the current Internet environment, society as a whole is based on changes in mobile computing is becoming. Thus, in a mobile environment that meet the research objectives of the National Archives Service is to study the optimization model.
