국문요약	전자기록 중심의 환경 변화와 전자기록의 본격적인 이관에 따라 전자기록관리에 대한 전문교육수요가 증가되었다. 전자기록관리 관련 현장 실무능력 배양 필요에 따른 실습 요구는 증가하고 있으나, 실습교육여건 미비 등으로 실행에 한계가 있다. 전자기록관리 관련 각급 기관 담당자의 실무 역량 제고를 위한 교육용 실습도구 개발을 목표한다. - 전자 기록관리 실습 범위 설정 및 실습 교과 설계 수준별 실습 범위와 교과 과정 설계 결과를 조합하여 체계화된 교육을 진행하고 교육의 효과를높일 수 있다. - 전자기록관리 전 과정을 이해할 수 있는 실무 학습도구 기록관리 교육과정에서 전자기록관리 입문 과정에서 교육효과를 높이는데 활용하고, 영문 전자기록관리 학습도구는 외국인 대상으로 기록관리 교육과정에서 국가 전자기록관리체계에 대한 홍보 효과를 높이고 입문 과정의 교육 교재로 활용 - 전자기록관리 실무 학습을 위한 지원 도구 다양한 전자기록관리 시스템의 강의와 실습교육을 통한 전자기록관리 실무 역량 제고하며 기록물 품질 저하 원인을 교육하여 기록물 품질 향상에 기여 - 전자기록관리 실무 적용을 위한 테스트베드 구축 여러 유형의 테스트를 할 수 있는 환경을 구축하여 다양한 시스템 운영 사례를 축적하여 향후 교육에 반영할 수 있는 여건 마련하고, 다양한 업무와 기능의 사전데이터를 준비하여 실무에서 테스트 못하는 기능들을 테스트할 수 있는 여건 마련
영문요약	Changes in the electronic recording environment and the transfer of electronic records have increased demand for special education on electronic records management. Although the demand for hands-on practice is increasing according to the need to develop electronic records management skills, there are limitations to implementation, such as lack of practical training conditions. The purpose of the Regulations is to develop training exercise tools for enhancing the practical capabilities of the responsible officials of each level of electronic records management. - Electronic Record Management Lab Scope and Practical Design By combining the practical scope and the design results of the curriculum, we can conduct systematic training and enhance the effectiveness of education. -Practical learning tools to understand the entire process of electronic record management It is used to enhance educational effectiveness in electronic record management courses and thhe English e-Record Management Learning Tool is used to promote the national electronic record management system in the course of records management for foreigners. - Support Tool for Electronic Record Management Practical Learning It improves the practical ability of electronic records management through lectures and practical education of various electronic records management systems and to improve the quality of records -Install of a Test Bed for the Application of Electronic Records Management Practice Build environments that can perform different types of testing, build various system operating cases and build environments that can be reflected in future education Prepare preliminary data of various tasks and functions and create an environment where functions that are not tested in practice can be tested
